We’ve Repositioned JDP Consult’s Business and Services

New Year, New JDP

In the wake of the new year, I’m proud to announce a new ~more focused~ JDP Consult Co. This is your reminder that you can recalibrate and change at any time. There are no rules on when you can refocus yourself and business. 

I spent the end of 2023 revisiting my goal planning, reviewing my financial position as well as analyzing my service offerings to ensure not only that I am aligned with the business, the market demand,  but that the business is aligned with ME. 

As a business owner, it’s so easy to get swept up with the busy schedule and then find yourself 6 months later asking yourself: “what am I doing?” But it doesn’t have to be that way. I found myself questioning if the work I delivered for my clients matched my skill set and if I actually ENJOYED IT (a concept)? I found myself trapped in an endless cycle of stress trying to force myself into projects and services that didn’t make sense for me anymore. I’ve taken the very aggressive cue from the Universe to reposition and adjust the work I do at JDP Consult.

Okay, Jordyn, but what the f*ck does strategic planner and “integrator” / “implementer” even MEAN? How is this different from the work you’ve done previously? 

Throughout my business and career experience, I’ve found my sweet spot is in mapping out a business’s big picture goals and pairing it with project implementation on these goals.  The difference now is my focus is not only operations but a holistic approach to business.  While operations are essential to a business, it’s only one arm. This new approach allows my skill set of delivery to expand beyond operational projects.  

Our mission goes beyond consultancy—we are dedicated partners in propelling your success with clarity, strategy, and impactful execution.

Along with this, it’s important for me to ensure that I’m reinforcing my core values in everything that I do — whether it’s the client I’m working with, vendors I’m buying or supporting, or events/engagements I’m participating in — I’m using these core values to help serve as the criteria to assess whether there is a suitable match! 

I’m so excited to dive into 2024 and help even more businesses transform their strategy and scale the way they deserve to — quickly and clearly. Whether it’s directly through my 1:1 services or through my resources like the blog, library, courses and more, I want to consistently provide valuable and most importantly, accessible, resources and stories for business owners who want to grow, regardless of what stage they are in.

I bring a unique blend of hands-on experience gained from growing my own ventures, working within publicly traded companies, and assisting businesses in overcoming their most formidable growth challenges.

And what sets my approach apart is the fusion of a data-driven methodology with a keen focus on the human element, allowing me to effectively measure the unknown aspects of running a business and offer unconventional solutions and deliver to achieve success.
